Our Chef, Jérémy Czaplicki, selects the best fresh and regional produce from fishermen and market gardeners and takes you on a journey of Mediterranean flavours that will delight the palate.Because your pleasure is our pleasure, a 'market menu' is offered every day alongside our à la carte dishes and set menus from €56 for lunchtime and evening time with the exception of Saturday evenings.
As part of your thalassotherapy & spa treatments, to combine great flavours and wellness, the Chef also offers a refined, original and flavoursome cuisine accompanied by fruit and vegetable cocktails. To match dishes and wines, our head sommelier can help you choose from a large selection of Bandol and French wines.
The sun-drenched terrace of the gourmet restaurant boasts magnificent views of the sea and overlooks Bandol and the surrounding area.
The gourmet restaurant is open every day from 12.15 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 7.15 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. Closed at lunchtimes in July and August.
