Chef Frédéric MONCEYRON invites you to taste healthy and seasonal cuisine which is both simple and refined at once.
Mad about cooking since childhood, our Chef, Frédéric MONCEYRON, learnt the ropes of his profession in well-known star-awarded restaurants (“Chez Charbonnel” in Brantôme, “Le châtelet Gourmand”, “La Maison Blanche” and “La Timonerie” in Paris, and more recently with Anne Sophie PIC in Valence).
On the strength of these experiences, which taught him the techniques, rigour and desire to do well, he went back to his native Dordogne in 1999 to set up his own company.
He began as a chef at home, and then, based on his increasing reputation, he set up a high-end catering business (300 weddings to date) before then adding a gastronomic restaurant to the business.
This is where he developed his own culinary universe, an alliance of the grand classics of French cuisine and modernity.
He loves spices, aromatic herbs and the savours of Asia or elsewhere and loves shaking up habits a little, but without shocking! His motto "Stirrer of ideas, provoker of desires" sets the tone: let the taste buds discover savours and textures or simply make a meal into an exceptional moment.
A man of heart, he came to Arcachon out of love and it is with just as much love that he prepares the dishes served to you in “Côté d’Arguin” restaurant. For you he has invented a menu in harmony with our new décor: contemporary, simple and refined, dedicated to pleasure and relaxation.
